story for halloween party/haunted trail?

ok so i'm having a halloween party and at the party i also have a haunted trail i need a story for the walk on the trail i will be leading it and i have lots of props and and my mom and brother are going to jump out of the wood and stuff to scare my friends i have the story for the party i just need 1 for the trail like a kill in the woods or something that "happend" on my land a long time ago by the way the people at the party are from 13 to 19 years old plz help the party is on oct 30th
