Hello guys! Last week I started Xanax because I was experiencing anxiety/panic due to a trauma that occurred last month.
After taking it for a couple of days, I started having very bad constipation (feels like my rectum walls are tearing, and I have to push my poop out, which is very abnormal for me since my stools are normally not like this).
I've been taking about 0.50-1.00mg daily for one week now... And I've just stopped taking it completely today, cold turkey because I feel very bad about my constipation, nausea...
Please help, will I now be experiencing severe withdrawal symptoms? Thanks a lot for your help!!
