Here is my dilemma, I am a new to web designing so please bare with me.
I created a background image and I plan on placing my content on the background image. The problem I am having is that when I re-size the window the background image becomes altered, it does not remain the same which in turn messes up how my content is viewed. How do i keep the back image constant so that everything stays in position when resizing the window.
P.S How can i make table borders rounded? Is there a CSS code for that?

Its like when the window is re-sized the left side just starts disappearing.
