Just finally saw this movie and loved it. I agree on the stepping. It was something different and cool to watch. :)

Ahh love this movie. Had to add it to my DVD collection when it came out.

And this is probably bad, but I busted out laughing when Chris Brown's character got shot and died. :look:

i still haven't seen this movie. I husband actually die in this movie that horrible

I LOVE this movie. It just gets you so hyped. The dance moves and steppin' are incredible. Columbus Short is so sexxay. lol My fav scene was them running shirtless...haha. j/k

Finally got to see this yesterday. I absolutely loved it!!

Stepping is so tight! I loved all the stepping and dance in the movie.

Hot music. Why is there no soundtrack or is there?

I can't wait for the DVD!!

Let me know what you find out. I tried to do some research, but couldn't find a definitive answer. Also, I wonder how much training some of the actors had to go through to get the steps down, bc it's not like regluar dancing moves that they are learning!

I agree the stepping was good and the guys :) Loved them. I hope someone will eventually make icons of them when they had their shirts off.

Hahaha...that sounds a lot like me. I like to pretend that I can dance well, but I am not sure if that is accurate to say or not. The stepping compeition was pretty cool. I have never seen anything like that live! I wonder if they got real people to do some of the stepping scenes in the movie? It would seem like something hard for even professional dancers to pick up if it's not a genre they are used to doing.

yeah, i actually saw step up this weekend. i rented it. the moves are pretty good, but like you said i think that this movie seems to have dance moves that are a lot more original and difficult for people to pull off.

I didn't see the Stepping Comepetition on TV this weekend. That would have been awesome to watch.

I have seen some Stepping shows live in New Orleans though. Incredible!!!

I can't dance at all. Maybe that's one reason I get sucked in as well.

I agree, the videos are impressive. Some of the ones for Step Up (the movie) were cool too, but I think the ones for this movie are even more impressive. Maybe because it's a whole different style that we don't see alot of.

I know what you mean about dance movies...maybe it's because I am not the greatest dancer, and have always wished that I could dance like the charactersx in these movies. It makes me want to go take some classes! Did you see that they actually had the Stepping National comptition on TV this past weekend? I saw part of it...poretty cool to see the real thing on TV.

No problem! After having seen that on YouTube, I actually saw that they already had some of the finalists up for the stepping contest. Their videos are impressive! I can't imagine how people are voting, it seems like they are just as good as the dancers in the movie! There is no way that I could ever be as good as them!

I'm a sucker for dance movies so count me in.

I love that this one is focusing on stepping which is something different and amazing to watch.

I already know I'll love the soundtrack too.

Yeah, I the trailer got me excited for it too. I really liked all the music that they are using! Plus, it was cool to see that Crhis Brown the singer is going to be IN the movie..should be interesting to see him act as opposed to only singing.
