Stomach Pains, Weak Legs, Fatigue, Loss of Appetite!

For the last month or so, maybe even two, my appetite has been gone. In the last couple of weeks it's been even worse. I've gone from about a max of 148 pounds to now an average of maybe 139, top being like 143. I am about 6'1, so this is pretty significant.

In the last week my stomach has been hurting all of the time. I'm not sure how to describe it. It's not like a cramp, or the feeling you have before you throw up, but somewhere in between almost. It feels as if it's always there but I can't really put my finger on it. It's usually in my lower stomach but sometimes it moves up to my chest.

In terms of my legs, they feel really weak for most of the day. They don't hurt, but they just feel tired, like I've just done physical activity or something.

And finally, I just feel really tired almost all of the time. I don't have as much energy as I used to, I feel like sleeping often, etc.

I've kind of found that if I'm out somewhere or doing something though that the pain goes away temporarily at least. I've posted on another fourm with an issue regarding my testicles bt I have gotten no replies so I'm assuming there is no problem, do you think this could have any relation to that?

Any help would be amazing right now. I will be gone until Friday, but I'll be around for a while today.

the thing that comes to mind is H Pilory (spelling?) but you'll need to get to your doc to confirm that. Should go anyway with the loss of appetite. You are probably weak because you aren't eating so much. If your body doesn't have fuel...it won't run. Some blood work might find a simple answer.
