Okay so,
Every night I run 4-6 miles. Either I run for 20 or 30 minutes. I don't eat ALL junk food, but mainly consists of..
1-2 chocolate waffles in the morning (I know, but their my weakness)
Small Snack (sometimes)
Lunch
(Something like macaroni and cheese, sandwich, healthy pizza, or something like that)
Dinner
(Something like spaghetti, and that type of thing)
I don't drink ANY soda. I rarely ever eat "Fatty Foods" and I NEVER eat fast food. EVER!
I drink about 2 bottles of water daily.
But here's my problem:
My torso is pretty small....and so i have a pretty flat stomach when i lay flat down, but when I'm standing and when i sit down, it have rolls!! and its like the middle of my stomach wants to stay sucked in, so it's really weird looking! and I have more fat on the top part of my stomach than the bottom, and i suppose this is from genes because my grandma has the same thing.
Btw, i'm 15, a girl 5'3' and 105 lbs.
yes, i know i don't sound fat from measurements, but HOW do i get rid of this bellly?!?!??! and why do i feel fatter after exercise??
