Whatever you do, don't deal with it by overindulging in peanut butter

sf,

On review, now I wonder if the yogurt brand switch might be the culprit
causing stomach growls! It seems timewise related somehow.

I'll get a 4-pack of the Yoplait (Fiber One) and see if it makes any
difference. It sure would come as a surprise if it did!

Best,

Andy

If going back to Yoplait does the trick for you, have you ever tried
Fage (Greek yogurt)?

sf,

I haven't tried Greek yogurt. Trader Joe's does carry some brand of it.
I'll grab a tub next chance I get. Hopefully strawberry.

sf,

It wasn't the Fage brand, but Trader Joe's.

I didn't even mind blueberry.

The mild tartness could've just been days of forgetful tastebuds.

TJ here carries Fage, in fact Safeway carries it now too - but as far
as I know Greek yogurt doesn't come in flavors. What's nice about
Greek yogurt is you don't need those flavors, it is very nice all on
its own.
