Stolen phone racked up huge bill... HELP

hi my duaghter had lost her phone and said she lost it at home when I received my verizon phone bill and seen I had to pay $983 I knew the phone had gotten stolen and now im trying to figure out how to find that person who used up the minutes and texts to press charges on them. Is there any way I find out who was using the phone. I called the #'s that appeared on the bill but no one seems to no know anything... does anyone know what i can do?

Well, you won't be able to sue them or press charges for the $900 fee you received. This is because Verizon Wireless offers the option to suspend the phone (which is what should have been done when you found out the phone was lost).

You cannot find the phone using GPS or other method...all you have is a bit of luck.

the phone type was a juke it didnt have gps.. do u knw of anything else i can do?

It has GPS, but GPS (by law) isn't able to assist in locating a lost phone.
