stolen bike?

someone stole my bike off of my property and i know that i cant find out who it was so i want to know if my home owner's insurance will cover it

I would call the police. My brothers bike was stolen years ago. The police found my brothers bike. They usually end up tossed in a park or something.
 
I hate to tell you but no your insurance will not cover it but you can report it to the police and they will keep there eyes out for it.
 
It will probably be covered, but take into account your deductible. I would also file a police report, did you have it registered with the city you live in?. We live in a mid size city and we can register our bikes here. Good luck
 
Your homeowner's insurance will cover it (minus your deductible). You will probably need to file a police report if you haven't already. If you don't have the serial number, call the bike shop where you bought it from, sometimes they keep a record of the serial numbers.
 
You have to read your policy and see what the deductible is. if it is more than the value of the bike. Then it won't be covered.
