Stitch! Season 2 to air on TV Asahi instead of TV Tokyo.

This kind of surprised me a bit, especially given the fact Disney and TV Tokyo always had a good relationship between each other. Not to mention, TV Tokyo is currently in the process of airing Lilo & Stitch! on their network. However admittingly, TV Asahi is a bit more widespread than TV Tokyo is.

In any event, the second series (or season, depending on how you look at it) will begin broadcasting on the TV Asahi Network on Tuesdays at 7:00PM. Unlike the first series, it has been given the title "Itazura Alien no Daibouken", which would be roughly translated as, "The Wild Alien's Big Adventure".

I'll be quite honest. There is a chance that this might also include the first series during this run. The description seems to suggust this may be possibly the case. However, until schedule information arises, I can't say either way.
 
Meh, i guess that is kind of odd, but im STILL Waiting to Watch Season 1 in ENGILSH, C'mon Disney wheres that Stitch Dub, I know you have it, your just not leting me see it, this is bacause i made fun of your theme parks isn't it, well im sorry, Please show stitch now!

Seriously, don't make me wait as long for a stitch dub as i have for the New KH Game (still waiting for the other.)

But Back on Topic, That is simewhat suprising, guess TV Tokyo just could'nt quite fit the show in there schedule.
 
I even noticed that the first season seem to be getting some form of promotion over in Hong Kong. Knowing that Disney's got an exclusive deal with TVB, I am sure that the Japanese "Stitch" show will be airing on TVB very soon.

By the way, I checked out that "Meet Stitch" thing at Hong Kong Disneyland a couple of years ago and I was flabbergasted when I realized Stitch was actually interacting with the live audience. How the heck did they do that?!
 
Yea, I saw that too, People keep saying thats Disney Channel Aisa's 2009 Preview, But im still hopefull that it'll air in the US sometime this year as well.

I mean its possible Disney planned to air Twisted Whiskers before CN bought it out, & I have heard that Aaron Stone is going to be on Dregular Disney sometime in the fall, so Im really hopeing that We see some COnfirmation, like a comercial or somesuch come fall/winter to have concrete proof Disney USA will Air Stitch, I could Really Use a new all ages anime to watch.
 
Television rights... don't work like that. They can't actually play clips of something they haven't licensed it, and even if it were possible, they would not advertise something they hadn't licensed yet so other networks don't attempt to get the same license. Its the Asian promo, it isn't the American one.
