hello i have had extreme tiredness for the past 5 month or something. i get tired really fast and sometimes when im jsut not tired , all of a sudden i get like so tired i can not even focus. im not 90 years old so thats why it's strange
also i have had a weird needle like stinging sensation on my back when i started spporting for the past 3 months,the feeling went away after some time .i feel like it goes away when i start sweating. i also noticed an increased amount of skin "flakes" ( like dead skin) on my shirt on the place where i have the stinging.
i hope to get some advice from you guys sosn. thank you
