still unsure what to do c65 unlock

still cant unlock and cant find search function... is it on fone as i cant see it.... fone just says network lock when i put mt voda sim in it.... or should i be using the old movistar sim wich is no longer active... with that one in fone just says network search......
 
...you need only to unlock your phone, nothing else...
