Still trying to find a Wii in Canada crew: post intel

I've been trying to find one ever since launch. Starting to get pissed off. Lets inform each other of coming shipments. Stores that will potentially get wiis: Best buy, Walmart, Toysrus, Futureshop, Costco, Superstore.
 
The Source has started getting shipments now as well...depending on the store though they dont get many at a time ie)2-5 consoles per shipment

EB Games is going to more then likely be your best bet. They are getting shipments more constantly so I've noticed. As for any accessories you might as well forget about wanting any til after christmas. ( I get mine directly from Japan now)
 
The only accessories I want are the nunchuck (which i've seen in a few stores so far) and the component cables (wich are only available are nintendo so far). I can wait awhile for the cables.
 
my component cables are in the mail as we speak. My friend shipped them to me from Japan. $45 bought and shipped....not all that bad.

Nunchucks arent ever avail to purchase where I live.... its getting me angry the closest store that has actually had some is 3hrs away. Or I can pay $35 and have some shipped from Japan....lol

I'm happy my friend is over there teaching english....
 
what's your source in Japan? edit: oh n/m

i ordered some remotes/chuks from the official site. have to wait till they stock up again. i'm still looking around at retail stores though
 
I've got the Wii but am still trying to find an extra nunchuck and a third remote...For an actual Wii...I was talking to one of the managers at a Best Buy in Ajax, Ontario and he said that their Nintendo shipments always come in on Monday afternoon. They usually put it out after they get it, so try after lunch, and if not then first thing tuesday morning. Hope this helps someone. Also, call Costco...that's where I got mine on a Saturday morning, but there are always soccer mom's waiting so you need to get there an hour or two before they open. They'll start anwering the phone around 8, open at 9:30 so you can call to see if they have any.
 
This is for winnipeg: I just phoned all the best buys, EB games, futureshops, costcos, walmarts, and zellers. Not surprisingly ALL were sold out and no one knew when orders are coming in.
