5 years ago I broke 3 bones in my left ankle which required surgery to insert 2 pins and a plate. One year after surgery they were removed. Immediately after both surgeries I had intensive physio , acupuncture and laser treatment. For the past year I have been visiting an Osteopath/Phsiotherapist as my ankle is still swollen and painful. The Osteopath/Physiotherapist provides temporary relief , but I don't see and end in sight to this. At $100 per visit (I have no insurance), I'm wondering if I should seek a different treatment? If so, what would that be?
