Still can't find starter relay >.< 93 toyota previa?

I bought the chilton repair manual and from the looks of it it shows its under the dash where the speedometer and what not is, except its like 2 lines and a single crappy picture that is illegible and doesnt say how to get it out .

None of the fuses in the dash compartment are labeled for starter relays either.

Any help is much appreciated
