What father (even in some broken homes) would e happy to hear about his daughter in bed? I know there are freaks out there, this just doesn't seem all that believable.

I have to say I agree that most (I might even be bold enough to say ALL) sane fathers would be ecstatic to know their daughters were uptight little prudes. Now, I know some dads might feel different about their sons, but definitely not their daughters.

Again, I say sane fathers, if there was a father out there like this, you definitely need to get the hell out of there hun. Who knows where his strangeness can head...

If you can't afford the higher rent, and there's no way to increase your income then I'd have to say, "no" and just try to hold off as long as possible until you can find something else. While you are still there, I'd tell the father you aren't comfortable with "counseling" his daughter because of the way the relationship started off and you'd really just like to be left alone and treated solely as a tenant.

You do need to get out of there though, so try to search harder and find another way...
