steroid shots

i went to the doctor today cause i couldnt breathe and had pain in my chest; did a breathing test and my lung function was down and showed that my asthma was aggrivated....not to mention that i had bad anxiety. now, i got a steroid shot (nurse said it was a mixture of steroiRAB to help) but it hasn't helped! i still can't breathe. what should i do?
 
It may take a couple of days to see a big difference. It doesn't work immediately. Have you used your rescue inhaler? Do you have a nebulizer?
 
used my inhaler. it doesnt work either. i've been like this for 3 days. i wish something would work. no, i don't have a nebulizer, though.
