Stereo Settings HPF, HPR and LPR?

I am running a stereo and 400 watt amp with
2 - 10" Woofers
2- 6x9
2 - mids
2- tweets

What is the best settings for
HPF-F 80 - 100 - 120
HPF-R 80 - 100 - 120
LPF 60 - 80 - 100 -120 - 160

I like a good thumb but not overpowering
