I got a Sony stereo and it works fine but I am having problems with the remote. I tried the remote it came with and a separate universal remote and both times, certain buttons work and others do not. The power, cd changer, volume etc all work but the track skip and a few others don't. I had the exact same problem with both remotes that I tried. What would cause this and is there anything I can do about it?
