Stephen King's IT

When i first watched IT as a young teenager, it scared the crap out me. Now it seems a bit dated, i've never got round to reading the book but i will!

I used to quite like it but I saw it again on TV at Christmas
(five usa?)

And while it has some good scenes, On the whole it's not a good film.

There are rumours of a remake though, which I'm looking forward to. This is a movie that could benefit from a remake.

You see Cunterblast, I wasn't the first person in the thread to call it a film. I didn't see you getting at anyone else.

Now, are you really going to be this petty?

If you havent read the book but seen the film I can say only one thing. PLEASE READ THE BOOK ITS EXCELLENT, much better than the film I had to read it in the daytime though its much much scarier than the film.

Regarding the film, its ok the best thing about it is part 1 the child actors are excellent, part 2 with the adults is worst bit. saved only by the wonderful Tim Curry as Pennywise. If they remake this it will be difficult (unless they coax tim back to do it) to see another actor pull of this role so brilliantly.

"they all float down here"

:Dwatched this for the first time at least about 10 years ago when i was like 8/9. I thought it was quite funny, the clown waving etc hhahha,

I wacthed it wqith my sister, who hates clowns so that was funny aswell. At 8 i wasn't expectiong much and didn't really care, i just found it funny. I didn't atcully relise he killied the kiRAB hahah. The shower scene was funny, although at 8/9 i was quite suprised to see a naked kid in a film.

When i was 16 i re watched it and thought it was ok but far to long, its like 3 hours, which is longer than harry potter. Only one person dies (APART FROM THE 2 KIRAB AT THE START), which was a bummer, and he killied himself.

Havent read the book but i got it at home, but ive got to read true blood series first.

Got it for xmas on DVD on one of those disks where you have to turn it over for the second half.Except when it came to the second aprt really could not be bothered to watch the rest lol.To long!!
