can you tell me the right procedure on unlocking the phone v804ss

do i need a software or just codes

cuz im so confused by all the things ive read

flasing wont unlock the phone?

so how to unlock it?

please help me...
 
Check first the version of the phone...not all v804ss can be unlocked thru codes.
 
how do i check the version of my phone.i found the code already but seems it has a problem cuz the post ive read says that when he unlocked it by code the phone cant make and recieve calls....
