That's not really fighting, thats just a normal physical showing of sibling love. Every brother and sister that really loves one another will scrap it out, you are kind of supposed to. You just don't let anyone else scrap it out with your sibling.
I usually let my kids box it out until it needs to be broken up, like when they are about to break something or one of them is bleeding. Kids need to get that aggression out. Hell, I've even thrown around some punches with my bro and sisters since we all became adults.
I'm about to throw down with my one of my younger sisters who is 20, but she only goes to college a few days a week and spends the rest of the time partying with the u of o kids. I called her a "late bloomer" since the rest of us siblings got all our partying out waaaaaaaaaaay earlier. Since my dad is an instructor at the community college, he gets privilege to info on which days she is going to class. Its definitely NOT the days she says she's going to class.
