hi...
my contract has ended with verizon, so i've been debating on what to do... i was thinking about the iphone, but i wouldn't get it right away. i want to wait a while til they get all the bugs out and maybe a bigger memory(?). but i don't want to drop another $30 per month for a data plan. i'd just wanted it for the pictures, music, calendar, and the cutesy stuff...
i want to get rid of my pda, and just use a phone to hold my schedule. i just need a calendar to remind me of bdays, bills, dr appts, etc. i liked the samsung a990 because of the keyboard, but then i read some forums that the calendar wasn't reliable. i don't like the treo or enV because they're too bulky. then i started looking into the sony ericsson line, and i like some of those, esp the k790-k810... i also like the LG shine slider...
here's what i'm looking for:
* good camera (pictures and video)- 2.0 mp and above
* ability to record video longer than 15 seconds
* reliable calendar
* memo/note pad
* bluetooth that connects easily to a MINI
* nothing too bulky
i don't really care much for music on my phone, since i love my ipod... but with the iphone, of coursely, it would leave me one less gadget to carry
right now i use a lg8100... the LG line has done me really well... but i'd rather get an iphone than an prada...
i live in Southern California. i know a phone shouldn't determine what service i should get, but where i live, verizon and cingular work really well...
