Stay in shape at camp?

Well all the normal camp activities like hiking, swimming, etc. are good exercise but they won't keep you in shape for a sport like soccer. I would suggest everyday in your free time or in the morning take a run (alternating between sprinting and jogging).

I'm going to a french camp on monday (nerdy, right?) and then i come back and I play in state for soccer a few days after. how can I stay in shape at camp? i'll be there for two weeks?

also, it won't be ALL french, it'll be like the norm camp stuff like canoeing, hiking, stuff like that too.
