The laws regarding the protection to the consumer market, have caused companies to care more for the acceptance of its products on the market. A company with two products in its line, wants to determine if there are significant differences in the average number of complaints per month, assuming that is 30 days, which have been received by product ver the past year. It has the following results:

Output 1: Average: 16.9; Variance: 2.6
Output 2: Average: 25.1; Variance: 3.3

Is there a significant difference in the average number of complaints received per month for the two products in question? Explain through a statistical interval, with a confidence of 97%.

Thanks 5 stars!
