Stationary biking, and fitness questions?

I bought a inside stationary flywheel bike recently. Do you think riding 14 km (9 miles) a day will help me lose fat on my stomach and love handle areas? will it help tone my legs and thunder thighs? and will it get rid of a forming double chin?
im not fat or over weight i just want to lose some of my unwanted fat on different parts of my body.
please help.
