i cant afford the treadmill right now, but i may be able to in a few weeks. but, i found a stationary bike that has the arm things so you can move your arms as you ride. i wondering if i can lose just as much on this as the treadmill. what you thing. i can just save money and get the treadmill. i been looking for a used one for months.
