D dot New member Jun 29, 2009 #1 I run on the treadmill for about 30 minutes 3-4 times a week. For some reason, I feel like the stationary bike isn't as effective as running. Is that the case? And what amount of time on the bike is equivalent to 30 minutes on the treadmill?
