Heres my question. I am wondering two things actually. A. I am wondering if I can rely on an accurate reading from my bike as far as calories go. It is a new bike, Schwinn brand so I am expecting that the readings are accurate, am I correct in believing this? Also, I am wondering if I can build up a stamina near what I could with jogging? Ive heard that a bike is better than jogging because the bike is easier on the joints and near the same work out as jogging.
