I want to purchase a motorcycle from this guy, he has a bank lien on the title which is in another state. He wants me too pay him the money up front give me the motorcycle and a noterized bill of sale on the bike. he will then pay the loan off and as soon as the title comes in he will sign it and give it too me.
Will the noterized bill of sale work in court if he does not pay off the loan and I don't get the title?
How should I go about this?
