I went to district S&E today and got a I, so I'm planning on going to states! I'm a freshman so I've never been able to go to state before, so I have a couple of questions. I live in Michigan.
-You play a new piece, correct? Or do you perform the same one you did at districts?
-Do you have to do other things - I thought I read somewhere that you had to play scales and sightread or something.
-What is the rating/award system for state S&E?
