Me and Whitley (a very close female friend of mine) have decided to share a webhosting account. Unfortunitly... are first shot at it ended in tradegy...
We decided to go with a webhost called Start Logic. Being the knowledgable web hosting guy that I am, I made sure to check ratings and credibility. Seeing that these guys ranked rather high, I went with them.
Whitley payed a good sum to them, and we started with out site. First bit of problems... we saw Unlimited Subdomains on the "What you get" page before, and a day after we get out account, it vanishes.
THAT wasn't a good sign.
Not only that, we had to email them to create subdomains.
ANOTHER bad sign.
And we only got 3 subdomains to point to different content. Which is ubsurd, we got the biggest package, and subdomains are close to free anyways.
ANOTHER bad sign.
That pretty much ruined it. We asked for money back, and moved on. Or thought we did...
This was on the second. Now, Whitley's dealing with $193 dollar debt in her checking account. This due to the following...
-$89 that was said to be returned and wasn't, thus leaving a $0 balance in the bank(and unfortunitly, they didn't mention WHEN they filed the return, or how long it would possible take, but someone should have asked... though 4 or 5 phone calls seemed to fail before we got to them a few days ago, and learned they filed the return MUCH later then expected).
-The debt continued as automatic payments withdrawed more then she had.
Anyways, now this is completly freaking her out, and I'm on the emotional end of this. Yes, I do realize some of this was our fault, but we would both appreciate if you could help us out with this by making a small donation (like, a dollar);
