Starting up Senior Photo Business?

Alright so as the question says, im going to start up senior photos this year-once the snow melts away a little more. I'll be doing many of my friends and some non-friends. I most definitely want to be cheaper than my competition so I get more business.
I'll most likely give them a CD with all the good pictures on them--print out a few of the "winners"
However Im completely lost about what I should charge them. My time is very important-I am focused on school entirely-but I will have time to edit the photos and what not because I enjoy doing things like that.

How much should I charge? What are some methods that businesses use to charge their customers?

I just need some help getting started. And I know what I'm doing-so I'm not going super cheap-I have a Nikon D90-recently bought 340 dollars worth of equipment-reflectors, diffusors, etc.

Any advice?
I don't want to charge them 150 dollars-just to charge them that. I want them to know they have a reason for everything they are paying me for..
