starting up a house and garden clearance company?

hi there,
me and my partner are thinking about setting up a small house and garden clearance company but not to sure where to start , we have a client list and waste carriage licence but not sure were and how much it would be to dispose the waste and were to do it in medway area
any help would be great please
also does anyone know of a good tonne bag company
