...information on grants.? I am a 29 year old female. I had a car accident 7 years ago. I want to go to school. I am told I am disabled. Iam told I can do anything a regular person can do so why do you (me) think you're disabled. I said well I've been told that for 7 years, so I figured it's because I walk the way I do. Which isn't traffic stopping.
