I had a hard time trying to figure out why my 96' honda accord would not start,it wouldn't even crank. So i replaced the starter still nothing, then i replaced the ignition switch/key cylinder,& still nothing. So i asked a friend of my to help me & he found that it was a wire. & all we could do was rig a wire from where the original wire started & feed-it through an opening to connect it to the starters ground connection,& all i want to know is that now i can start my car without stepping on the clutch but the car is in neutral.will it in anyway mess-up my car more.

It wont i have a 89 CRX and 80% of the time I start it in neutral... but like the other guy said it can be dangerous... sometimes I've left it in gear and got used to turning it on without pressing the clutch and was inches away from hitting a parked car... Just make sure a 100% that it is in neutral.. sometimes you might not be thinking and then you have to pay for the bumper of another car...
