When I was driving from work my car came on but my power windows didnt work, my windshield wipers wouldnt work or my heat and a/c didnt work. I got home and turned my car off and now I cant turn it on. My key will only turn alittle bit and my theft system light comes on then quickly goes out. and the car makes this funny noise. Any idea what it could be and how do I fix it? Thanks
