My check engine light is not on and I recently had a tune up, oil change, air filter replaced and fuel pump replaced and now sometimes when I try to start my car it starts up and dies right away and it will not completely start up until it will allow me to get the gas make the RPMs go up for a few moments and then it will stay started. It is rather annoying having to try to start the car for 10 or so minutes before I can go anywhere. If I turn it off right after it starts and then I restart it....it will start up with NO issues! What could be the problem?

That sounds like the fuel system might have dirt in it or the fuel filter is slightly clogged etc , if they didnt change the gas filter when changing the pump I'd change it asap and check your air filter too.

Hope that helps and best of luck.By the way you might want to treat the fuel system with STP or Lucas gas treatment then once you use up a few tanks of gas change the fuel filter again.
