Starting afresh with a whole new image?

okay so im sixteen and im going to college in september on my own. im not going to know anyone at all, i chose this because ive not had a very good time at school (im not going to go into it but you get the picture) and i simply want to start new.
i want to have that quirky, different style, like one that everyone wishes that they had the courage to pull off, like diana vickers, mary kate olsen, etc.
please could you give me any tips or links,
they would be greatly appreciated.

look, i didnt ask for any mean comments about how 'im not being true to myself' etc

You call Diana Vickers and Mary-Kate Olsen quirky? Puh-lease!

Besides, if you're so 'different', you wouldn't want to copy anybody else. You'd just be yourself.

Keep your current style, it's part of who you really are.
 
i think it's really cool that you have the courage to dress the way you feel. i think nice flowing scarvesand cool jesus shoes. i think that you will look great adn i wish that i could dress the way i feel. =D
