I have been trying to start a small business for around 6 months now. I get an idea, roll with it, then find it wasn't such a good idea afterall, due to current competition, and my current resources. I have found how hard it is to actually get a small business going from nothing. My question is to sucessful small business owners/operators. How did you finally decide what to do, and how did you go about accomplishing it with minimum resources?
