Starting a career in photography?

if you are in or around glasgow i would suggest the met...i done photography there a few years ago and it really benefited me..first of all you wont make much money until you get experience, unless you are doing weddings, if you can get wedding work you will make plenty of money..but you have to have a talent as people wont pay for someone they don't think is worth it..its not easy going and you end up out of pocket until you get your reputation around, with the price of your equipment and paying for studios etc it can be expensive but like i say if you have a talent for it it will be worth it...but if you are not in glasgow you should research the best courses in your area

Good luck with this

Has anyone any information on the best course to take to start a career in photography in scotland. Also i would be looking to work for myself doinjg weddings and general photography is it a good career and would it support my family?.
