I just registered my trade name so that i can get my business up and going i need a sales tax license and a bank account , heres the kicker , I still owe back income tax , state and federal , will they give me a sales tax lic. ?? and are they going to seize my accounts ? i want to and will be able to pay the back taxs but not w/o lic.
