Starting a 99 Toyota Camry?

I have a '99 Toyota Camry. Since the weather has gotten frigid it's had problems starting but now it won't start at all. Four days ago I could jump start it so I did and took it to Discount Auto Parts. The guy there tested it and said there was plenty of fluid and a good charge and that I should just drive it around and charge the battery up. I did, but now that I haven't driven in a few days it won't start OR jump start. There is a click and lights come on, so I don't know if it may be the starter. I am even willing to trying to replace it on my own, but should I begin with a new starter or a new battery?

Check your battery terminals to see if they are still tighten. Sometime it spark and moves when u start the car.Or Try to jump start other cars by your current battery. Then u will see if problem s the battery or not.

its a bad connection or loose cable on the battery or the starter check the wires at the starter then make sure cables on batt clean then tight
