STARS! ASTRONOMY! HELP!?

please answer any one of these!!!!!! (:

1. are all points of light in the night sky stars? Explain and use examples.

2. do stars only come out at night? What happens during the day? Explain and descibe how you found this.

3. DOes the sun and the moon rise and set in the same spot everyday? How does this change?

4. what special events happened/will on:
a. march 29th 2006? (looking from central africa)
b. september 22nd, 2006 (looking from russia)
 
If this is your homework you should be asking for help on where to find answers not for the answers. do a search on the web and you will find out what else the points of light could be. read about a solar eclipse and stars in the day. start noticing your self where the sun come up on your horizon in winter versus summer.
 
2.) Stars are in the same basic position at all the time, albeit they do actually have small rotations. The position of stars to us is relative to where you are on the earth, and the time of day. They don't go away during the day, the sun is merely too bright and blotting out our view of them.
