Stardoll Scenery Help?

On Stardoll.com, I see so many people with beautiful sceneries. How do they do that?! Stardoll gives you boring backgrounds, like a beach or a park, so how come I see people with glittery backgrounds and a disco ball?

Even in it's new contest to create a scenery for someone you admire, they provide an "inspiration" example--the example is a picture frame and a painter painting it! How do you make those sceneries?! It can't just be "enlarging" an object because they don't enlarge to cover the whole thing.

Please help, thank you!
 
They only show some backgrounds for like different seasons or occasions. Like in the summer they will have summer ones, winter they will have snowy ones.
See when the scenery was made.
Im pretty sure about this, although I might be incorrect. I know they do the seasons though.
