Personally I like the personal approach, it works well in a pub that I frequent and causes no harm.....why not in a coffee shop?

Plus it's a genius piece of Marketing.....

whatever you think about it - a great bit of PR by Starbucks - I bet Costa and Cafe Nero (and the others!) are feeling a bit put out!
