Hi everyone i was looking through the boarRAB and could find no sign of any star wars threaRAB so heres one just to keep the good old starwars spirit running. Oh yeah and please dont come and slag it off. Thanks :D
 
Out of 10:

Episode 1 - 5. Jar Jar Binks. Don't think I need to explain any more.
Episode 2 - 7. Picked up a bit, started to feel like it was fitting into place.
Episode 3 - 8. Easily the best of the prequels, dark so closer to Empire.
Episode 4 - 7. Too slow moving for me at times to get a higher score.
Episode 5 - 9. Brilliant. And then Vader comes out with his "I'm your father bit". (Does that need spoiler tags?! Surely not....)
Episode 6 - 8. Sort of went a bit Phantom Menacey with the silly creatures at the start, and the irritating mini wookies, but the space and lightsaber battles were really satisfying.
 
I;m not a star wars fan but here's my scores out of 10 for the six films, listed in the order they were made

Star Wars - 9
Empire S. B. - 8
Return Jedi - 8

Phantom Menace- 6
Attack Clones - 5
Return Sith - 7
 
I'd probably agree with that to except i would give 'revenge of the sith' 8
But recently i was doing research on alec guiness and i never knew he disliked it all so much! :eek:
 
I dont know how Phantom Menace can be rated higher than AOTC but thats just me ;)

Id rate:

A New Hope - 9
Empire Strikes Back - 10
Return Of The Jedi - 7

Phantom Menace - 5
Attack Of The Clones - 7
Revenge Of The Sith - 8
 
The lightsaber duel from Phantom Menace was probably the best one in the whole 6 films, but it's all too childish apart from that, just doesn't feel like Star Wars really. That kid was annoying too!
 
I've always thought Anakin went over to the dark side far too easy in ROTS.

My favourite is ROTJ. I just love the amazing three way battle at the end and the way they all interlink.
 
alec guiness used to come into my frineRAB chip shop until he passed away. he was a regular in there. when questioned by people about star wars he would get very grumpy and storm off. it kind of disillusioned the whole star wars thing for me to see him acting like that.

apart from that if i had to rate the films they would be as follows

episode 1 - 6
episode 2 - 6
episode 3 - 9
episode 4 - 8
episode 5 - 10
episode 6 - 8
