Jeez, you've seen it three times?

I've told the other half I refuse to watch it again at the cinema, too upsetting ... and it will take me at least a year before I calm down enough to watch it on DVD :D

I've also informed him that our 4 year old can wait till he's left home before he watches it ... I don't want to be responsible for the shock to his system about cute little Anakin ;) :p
 
I saw it today, personally I loved it. Much, much better than I and II and I actually liked I and II, unlike most people.

And to the one who said where can I download it? Don't do it, sorry it's mean't to be watched on the big screen and besides it's illegal (and no, no smilies, it's illegal, pure and simple).

to those who say the script wasnt up to much - when was the script ever up to much on star wars

its action effects and a simple story of good v evil
 
Yay! Other people who liked it :)

I loved Episode I, just because it was new and exciting and colourful and fun :)

But III, inspite of the sobfest was excellent.
 
Saw it yesterday, must admit i did find some scenes a bit crap in dialogue (Anakin & Padme scenes mostly). Loved all the visual effects and you know how they like to put in tucked away in a big wide shot something you only notice for a instance,( Like ET being in Phantom Menace) well all I can say is look out for a fleeting glimpse of the Millennium Falcon.
I actually felt though that the character of Anakin succumbed to Palpatine to easily after the fight scene with Mace Windu and Palpatine and that he went off to the Dark Side without much of a struggle with his prior teachings of the force.
 
Yes, but it was because he had a promise to save the one he loved. I thought it was a good power struggle within himself ... and ultimately he lost what he wanted to protect, I actually felt sorry for him :eek:
