Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith - The Saga is Complete

Don't know how spoiled you are, but yes, there are many ref. to ANH in ROTS.

He did an amazing job of creating a universe with endless possibilities.

Next media after this...TV!:)

This is one word I never thought that I'd hear associated with a George Lucas movie.

I so agree.
Lucas wrote very wooden dialogue (especially in the romantic scenes...). I think it was bad because he was focusing on the visuals to a fault. He seems to be more of a visual storyteller

The fact that the prequel trilogy revolves around the character of Anakin makes it even more of a shame that the performance just wasn't there (although to be fair to Haydon, I don't think any of the performances, apart from Ian McDiarmid's Palpatine, were great). The dialogue between Padme and Anakin is embarrassingly bad at times. I think Lucas is past his prime as a director and should have given those duties to someone else while remaining producer, as he did in Empire and Jedi.

I'm finally seeing this tomorrow :) :) cant wait! This movie looks awesome and its getting great reviews better than the first two.

I saw it yesterday and I reallyliked it, I was much better than I expected.

It wasn't perfect, the dialogue was wooden and the acting stiff at times, but it was better than the othe prequels. I liked seeing everything come together in this one.

I wanted to laugh at that part too. The whole think came off as a bad Frankstein parody

I :love:ed it.

It was so tragic!! I loved the Anakin/Padme scenes. They seemed much more natural in this one that in II.

How cute are the twins????????????????????????

I finally saw the movie! I know...I'm like the only one left. Anyway, it was good! It definitely confirmed all the great things that was said about it...my god, the fight scenes, the love story, him becoming Darth Vader  Wow...it was amazing. I'm kinda wishing they would make another one to show Luke and Leia growing up...Oh well.

this movie was definitely worth it! (though I didn't have to pay...) Although, it was very sad when Anakin turned to the dark side; I mean, it was inevitable but still!! But it was actually really well done, & Hayden looked pretty good :hotpinkie:. I :love:d the lightsaber scenes (esp.w/ Yoda). Now I can understand why it was rated PG-13 (it's very gross in some parts; I had to close my eyes)!

I love the original trilogy. The new ones aren't on the same level, IMO, but I thought Episodes I and II were decent. I'm anxious to see how Episode III ties everything together and makes it one long story.

I saw The Revenge of the Sith yesterday and all I can say is Wow! It was so good. It really brings the whole story together and is by far the best film of the Episodes I-III. Everyone did a great job, especially Hayden who I think succeeded in portraying the troubled mind Anakin had. I loved the anguished expression on his face, you could really tell he wasn't alright. (My sister said already in the beginning of the film that he looked tired). Plus the scenes between Padme and Anakin were so sweet. :sigh: :D And how cool was Yoda? Or R2D2? :D Such a good film, everyone should see it. :)

Me too.

I saw it today, and thought it was really great! I think Nayden's chemistry was even better as Ani/Pad this time around, than in Episode II.

i'd say that the best part is watching anakin [hayden] get out of bed after his bad dream..SO HOTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :thud: :in_love:

I agree about the visuals and technical aspects!

I like Hayden Christensen, but after a while, I can see how wrong he was for the part. He had no presence. The dialogue wasn't great to begin with, but then you add Christensen moping and slurring his lines... I enjoy some of the scenes, and watching Anakin marching down to kill the Jedis in training will always be chilling and horrible. But the fight with Obi-Wan should have been better, more powerful and hard-hitting!

Hehe. I do like Samuel L. Jackson as Windu mostly because you can tell he's having so much fun.

BTW, Palpatine was so creepy. I always forget how eerie the "transformation" is, and how he takes Anakin down with him makes it even worse.

I am a huge fan of the original Star Wars trilogy. Used to be a fanatic and such :D I watched the "new" movies and I kinda appreciated them, although to me they seem something very different from the original movies.
I must say I am very curious about this last movie, mostly because it refers a lot to the older movies. Lucas did a great job in creating this universe :)
