Star Wars Episode 3 Title

At the end of Return of the Jedi,Luke can see the "spirits"of Obi Wan,Yoda and Vader/his father.In the DVD version the actor who plays Vader/his father will be replaced by Hayden Christiansen,who is currently playing Anakin Skywalker.
 
Well they looked very......er..........how can i put it........CG!?!

Didn't look very real to me.....and the acting........oh my goodness........the acting, lets not even go there.
 
NO! That is totally pointless. I don't mind George adding any new scenes to the DVRAB - as long as they really add to the story, blend in, and do not look gimmicky! - but to change existing scenes is like messing with history. IT'S WRONG!!! :cry:
 
Yes, I think we all know! Rather than just making a comment about the CG being bad, why don't you justify it by giving an example of what you mean? For instance, is it different to stuff in Lord of the Rings or Harry Potter (or ThunderbirRAB since you hated that so much too).

The trouble with CGI is that we know what's been CGed and what hasn't so unless you lose yourself completely in the film, CG will always look like CG.

If you take Spiderman2 as an example. I thought the CG stuff was better than the first film, but in most cases it was pretty obvious as you knjow what they wouldn't get an actor to do.

Having said that, however, I assumed that Doctor Oc's tentacles were all CG - it turns out that they weren't as they sometimes used pupeteers to manipulate them.

I also thought that the tigers in Gladiator were pretty unconvincing. That wasuntil I saw one of the features on the DVD and discovered that they were real!
 
I heard a rumour that at the end of Ep 3, Annie gets horribly disfigured and has to wear a kind of survival suit for the rest of his life. That and he becomes evil. Anyone confirm this? :)

It's pretty hard to care about any of it after Ep 2.
 
Yes he fights with obi wan and falls into the volcano, thats y he weres the armour in the original trilogy. he can't breath without it!
 
yeah,on the original trilogy dvd in sept there will be two trailers for return of the jedi,the revenge of the jedi tailer and the return of the jedi trailer
 
I remember seeing the original trailer in a cinema in Paris (La Revanche du Jedi). When it came out over here, I thought I must have mistranslated the French title!
